Deska Services is seeking a Dispatch Administrator to respond to client request and schedule site visits.
We are in need of a professional and reliable Dispatch Administrator to perform the following:
- Respond to client requests via phone and email
- Coordinate site visits for estimators and production crews
- Accept deposits and payments
- Maintain office files in an organized system
- Miscellaneous administrative and office tasks
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Highly organized
- Thorough attention to detail
- Strong customer service mentality
- Ability to initiate phone calls with potential clients
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient with Gmail
- Positive attitude and team player
- High school diploma or GED
