We provide both. Interior waterproofing systems are commonly used to collect and control groundwater or seepage that reaches the foundation. These systems may include perimeter drainage, wall drainage materials and a sump pump that directs collected water outside.
Exterior waterproofing approaches the problem from the other side of the wall. Depending on the home, that may involve excavation, foundation waterproofing materials and exterior drainage designed to reduce water against the foundation.
