DESKA Foundation Repair is looking for an experienced Crew Leader / Foundation Repair Foreman who is ready to take ownership of the jobsite, lead from the field, and deliver high-quality work for our customers.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong construction experience who knows how to keep a crew productive, solve problems in the field, and make sure every project is completed safely and correctly.

What You’ll Do
As a Crew Leader / Foundation Repair Foreman, you’ll lead and work alongside a field installation crew on foundation repair, waterproofing, structural repair, drainage, and related projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, organize, and work alongside a field installation crew
- Assign daily crew responsibilities and keep projects moving efficiently
- Diagnose and repair common foundation and structural issues
- Complete foundation repair and basement waterproofing projects
- Install interior drainage systems and sump pumps
- Perform concrete, masonry, light plumbing, and carpentry work
- Maintain DESKA quality and safety standards on every project
- Inspect work throughout the project to ensure proper installation
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers
- Explain project progress and answer customer questions when needed
- Organize jobsite materials, tools, equipment, and crew responsibilities
- Drive company trucks and safely tow trailers
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Complete required project documentation
- Help train and develop crew members
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and correctly
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a dependable leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well, and is comfortable taking ownership of a jobsite.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in concrete, masonry, waterproofing, foundation repair, or structural repair
- Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong construction knowledge and problem-solving ability
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to safely drive a truck while towing a trailer
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple jobsite responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lead by example and work alongside the crew
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on construction leadership position. Candidates must be able to:
- Lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Safely use ladders up to 20 feet
- Bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work in confined spaces
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment
- Perform physically demanding construction tasks throughout the workday
