POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Marketing Manager with videography experience to lead and execute DESKA’s marketing strategy across digital, local, and offline channels. This role is responsible for driving qualified leads, strengthening brand trust, and supporting consistent revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing Strategy & Performance
- Develop and manage integrated marketing strategies focused on: Lead generation, Brand awareness, and Revenue growth
- Adjust campaigns and spend seasonally to maximize ROI
- Digital & Local Marketing
- Manage and optimize: Website content, SEO, and local SEO (Google Maps, reviews, listings)
- Paid advertising campaigns (Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Email marketing and lead-nurture campaigns
- Ensure messaging remains educational, reassuring, and honest — never fear-based or pushy
- Content, Brand & Videography
- Oversee and contribute to the creation of: Ad copy, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Blog and SEO content
- Brochures, flyers, and direct mail
- Social media and paid ad assets
- Capture and produce video content, including:
- Customer testimonials
- Before-and-after project videos
- On-site job footage
- Educational and explainer videos
- Ensure all content aligns with DESKA’s brand voice: Friendly, professional, trustworthy
- Focused on clarity, credibility, and peace of mind
- Reporting & Optimization
- Deliver clear, actionable marketing reports to leadership
- Continuously test, refine, and improve messaging, creative, and channel performance
- Identify opportunities to outperform larger competitors through smarter, more authentic marketing
